Fork Lift Truck Driver

Major Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading international automotive business with a large, modern facility in the Baildon/Shipley area. We're currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver (Counterbalance or Reach) to join their hardworking, supportive team.

Your Role as an FLT Driver:

• Operate a Counterbalance or Reach FLT (depending on department)
• Load and unload containers safely and efficiently
• Pick and store stock accurately within the warehouse
• Perform manual handling of heavy items as required
• Follow manufacturing and warehouse processes
• Comply with all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid FLT license (Counterbalance or Reach)
• Proven experience operating a forklift in a factory or warehouse setting
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
• Strong time management and communication skills
• A proactive, reliable, and safety-focused attitude

Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):

Week 1:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Friday: 6:00am – 11:00am

Week 2:

• Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Friday: 11:00am – 4:00pm
